3
DIVISIONS, ONE YARD
We began in 1999 as a pallet company in Norwich, and for more than 25 years we've done one thing at the core: put wood to work for the businesses that depend on it. Over the years that grew — from pallets, into custom wood solutions, into animal bedding — until it made sense to bring it all under one name.
Today OXFORD Wood Co is the parent to three divisions: OXFORD Pallet, OXFORD Wood Solutions, and OXFORD Animal Bedding. Same yard, same people, same standards — just more ways to put wood to work for you.

HOW WE OPERATE
What You Can Count On
Four things that hold true whether it's a single pallet or a standing order.

Reliable over impressive
We'd rather show up on time than talk about it. Your operation runs on a schedule; so do we.

One team, full control
Build, treat, deliver — handled in-house, so nothing gets lost in a handoff to someone else.

The same standard
A single pallet order gets the same care as a standing weekly order. Scale doesn't change how we work.

Nothing Wasted
Recovery and recycling run through everything we do. If wood can be reused, we reuse it.
SUSTAINABILITY
Nothing Goes to Waste
We built our business on keeping wood in circulation. Here's how a discarded pallet becomes something useful again — and again.

Responsible collection
We collect clean wood waste — pallets, skids, and scrap — from businesses across the region, keeping it out of landfills.

Sorting and Processing
At our Norwich facility, we sort and process it with care — reusable wood is recovered, and the rest is prepped for a second life.

Sustainable End Uses
What can't be reused becomes Oxford Animal Bedding and other wood products — supporting agriculture and horticulture and closing the loop.
